The San Jose Speaker Series is sold as a subscription to the full season of 7 evenings running October 4th, 2022 through March 29th, 2023. Please see the Speaker Calendar for the full lineup, dates, & times.

For the 2022-2023 Season, all seven events will take place Live and In-Person at San Jose Civic as well as via the hybrid option on our Zoom platform.
The option to attend any in-theater event via Zoom livestream will be available to ticketed subscribers only.

The subscription pricing above does NOT include a season $21 venue Facilities and Maintenance Fee + $28 processing fee per seat ($49 total) for seats $399+, or $21 venue Facilities and Maintenance Fee + $14 processing fee per seat ($35 total) for seats $199-$349.
Orders are securely processed through Ticketspice, the official ticketing processor for the San Jose Speaker Series.

No refunds or exchanges on season tickets and/or individual tickets. San Jose Speaker Series reserves the right to reschedule events and/or substitute speakers in the event that originally scheduled speaker is unable to participate.

By purchasing, your seats are reserved for the full 2022-2023 Season of the Series at San Jose Civic with first right of renewal. Tickets to individual events are not available.
Each of the seven in-theater events will be broadcasted live via Zoom for ticketed subscribers who have purchased physical seats only. If you decide not to attend any in-theater evening in your physical seats, you can opt into participating virtually through Zoom from home.

Recordings:
We do not release recordings of our events, nor do we re-broadcast or re-distribute event content.

Covid-19 Policy: The policy is that all attendees of in-theater events will be required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or negative Covid-19 test within 72 hours. Face coverings will be required inside San Jose Civic for all attendees.

The San Jose Speaker Series is a subscription-based series of seven powerful evenings, live, up-close & personal, with luminaries of our time. Each subscription includes a ticket to the full season of seven speakers, and subscribers become members of an engaged community with special benefits and privileges depending on subscription level.
Generally, each speaker event is 90 minutes in length and includes 45-55 minutes of prepared remarks by the speaker followed by 35-45 minutes of written audience-submitted Q&A. Our unique format creates an intimate, town-hall format that is “old school” and brings humanism back into the discussion.
